《中(zhong)國(guo)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)社保白(bai)皮書2022》發布。本次調(diao)研,51社保中(zhong)國(guo)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)社保研究小(xiao)組針對HR從業(ye)者進行(xing)專業(ye)問卷投放,精(jing)準觸達417692人(ren)次,共覆蓋(gai)全國(guo)5015家(jia)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)。在調(diao)研受(shou)訪者中(zhong),81.1%受(shou)訪者為HR,其(qi)中(zhong)40.3%是管(guan)理(li)級HR。白(bai)皮書顯示,2022年(nian)(nian)僅有(you)28.4%的企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)實現社保基數(shu)完全合規(gui)(gui),與(yu)2021年(nian)(nian)相比再(zai)次降(jiang)低1.5個百分點(dian),企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)社保合規(gui)(gui)數(shu)據(ju)連(lian)續兩年(nian)(nian)小(xiao)幅下(xia)(xia)滑,疫情(qing)下(xia)(xia)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)的成本壓力和謹慎(shen)心態,一定程度(du)影響了企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)社保合規(gui)(gui)數(shu)據(ju)。2022年(nian)(nian)有(you)38.1%的企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)額外購(gou)買補(bu)充商業(ye)保險,這個數(shu)字已經連(lian)續三年(nian)(nian)上升。從趨勢來看,企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)險種覆蓋(gai)面近年(nian)(nian)呈現出(chu)從強制型(xing)逐步(bu)向補(bu)充型(xing)、福利型(xing)延伸(shen)。(財見(jian))
