社(she)科院最新中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)睡(shui)眠(mian)(mian)研(yan)究(jiu)報告(gao)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)睡(shui)眠(mian)(mian)研(yan)究(jiu)會(hui)(hui)2022年調(diao)查報告(gao)指出,我(wo)國(guo)(guo)人均睡(shui)眠(mian)(mian)時間(jian)相比十年前下降(jiang)了1.5小(xiao)時,全國(guo)(guo)有(you)超3億人存在睡(shui)眠(mian)(mian)障礙(ai),成(cheng)年人的失眠(mian)(mian)率(lv)已達57%。幻(huan)休(xiu)科技(ji)已向上海百寺基金會(hui)(hui)捐贈數百萬元,發起設(she)立"福歷睡(shui)眠(mian)(mian)專(zhuan)項(xiang)(xiang)基金"。專(zhuan)項(xiang)(xiang)基金是為了讓社(she)會(hui)(hui)大眾進一步提高(gao)對健康睡(shui)眠(mian)(mian)和失眠(mian)(mian)危害的認(ren)知,探尋(xun)"睡(shui)眠(mian)(mian)的真面目",幫助有(you)睡(shui)眠(mian)(mian)障礙(ai)的人群通過不斷優化調(diao)整生活方(fang)式。(醫(yi)藥健聞)
