上海2018年8月18日電 /美通(tong)社/ -- 近日,Ruff 正(zheng)式對外宣布,通(tong)過近半年的研(yan)發(fa)與(yu)測試,正(zheng)式推出首款支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)數(shu)據(ju)上鏈的 LoRa無(wu)(wu)線采集(ji)器:RWTi1000,該(gai)無(wu)(wu)線采集(ji)器是(shi)基于LoRa擴頻技術的無(wu)(wu)線數(shu)據(ju)傳輸終端,具有遠距離、低成本、低功耗、高靈敏度、抗干(gan)擾、高可靠性等特性,支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)數(shu)據(ju)的雙向傳輸,同時支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)將業務場景中的價(jia)值數(shu)據(ju)通(tong)過與(yu)數(shu)據(ju)采集(ji)網關組成的IoT無(wu)(wu)線接入方案,進(jin)行數(shu)據(ju)上鏈。
該產品解(jie)決了傳統IoT數(shu)據接入有線組網方案中(zhong)(zhong)存在的布線困(kun)難(nan)(nan)、成本高、周期長、發生故障后難(nan)(nan)定(ding)(ding)位等問題(ti),同時對于業(ye)務場景(jing)中(zhong)(zhong)的核心結算類數(shu)據及價(jia)值數(shu)據,能(neng)實現更加穩定(ding)(ding)高效的傳輸,從而保證數(shu)據上鏈的過程中(zhong)(zhong),可以實現穩定(ding)(ding)的鏈上流通和交易(yi)。
如(ru)圖所示,在(zai)光伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)技術架構(gou)圖中,在(zai)設備端(duan),Ruff LoRa無線(xian)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器目前可以針對逆變器及電(dian)(dian)(dian)表進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)傳(chuan)輸(shu)協(xie)議(yi)的(de)(de)匹配和數(shu)據(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)穩定采集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),傳(chuan)輸(shu)協(xie)議(yi)層面支持Modbus和DLT645,在(zai)網絡層Ruff LoRa無線(xian)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器之間通(tong)過(guo)LoRa協(xie)議(yi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)無線(xian)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)傳(chuan)輸(shu),將(jiang)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)傳(chuan)輸(shu)至數(shu)據(ju)(ju)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)網關;當數(shu)據(ju)(ju)采集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)網關獲取電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)之后,會自行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)本地化(hua)邊緣(yuan)計(ji)算,將(jiang)有結算價值的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量數(shu)據(ju)(ju)通(tong)過(guo)Ruff SDK 接(jie)口直接(jie)上鏈Ruff Chain,其余流(liu)量數(shu)據(ju)(ju)則(ze)正常上云,終端(duan)客戶可以在(zai)鏈上實現資產(chan)證券(quan)化(hua)運(yun)營管理,而電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)監控運(yun)維則(ze)可以通(tong)過(guo)云端(duan)的(de)(de)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)獲取電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)狀(zhuang)態(tai)數(shu)據(ju)(ju),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)穩定運(yun)維和運(yun)行(xing)(xing)。
除了在(zai)光伏電站的(de)(de)業(ye)務場景(jing)中(zhong)運用(yong),目前(qian)Ruff LoRa無(wu)線采集器(qi)還在(zai)智(zhi)慧(hui)農業(ye)的(de)(de)業(ye)務場景(jing)中(zhong)開始使用(yong),主(zhu)要面向智(zhi)能溫(wen)室大(da)棚的(de)(de)數(shu)據(ju)傳輸(shu),將(jiang)無(wu)線采集器(qi)連接到溫(wen)室大(da)棚的(de)(de)電氣控(kong)制柜(ju),通過電氣控(kong)制柜(ju)獲取大(da)棚內空(kong)氣溫(wen)濕(shi)度(du)、土(tu)壤酸堿度(du)、光照(zhao)強度(du)等,之后再(zai)將(jiang)數(shu)據(ju)統(tong)一傳輸(shu)到網關(guan)(guan)層(ceng),與光伏電站的(de)(de)數(shu)據(ju)上鏈(lian)一樣,網關(guan)(guan)在(zai)進行本(ben)地(di)邊緣計算之后,再(zai)將(jiang)價值(zhi)數(shu)據(ju)通過Ruff SDK上鏈(lian)Ruff Chain。
對于(yu)客(ke)戶來說,Ruff LoRa無線(xian)(xian)采集(ji)器首先(xian)在項目成本方面(mian)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)較(jiao)(jiao)大化降低(di)成本,產品免布(bu)線(xian)(xian)的(de)特(te)性(xing)(xing)(xing)區別(bie)于(yu)傳(chuan)統的(de)有線(xian)(xian)組網,既降低(di)了投入設備成本又降低(di)了施工難度(du)(du)。其次(ci)在組網層面(mian),Ruff LoRa無線(xian)(xian)采集(ji)器可(ke)(ke)以(yi)實現更高的(de)穩(wen)定性(xing)(xing)(xing),讓數(shu)據(ju)層的(de)采集(ji)和(he)(he)傳(chuan)輸實現一致性(xing)(xing)(xing),對于(yu)一些特(te)別(bie)有價值的(de)結(jie)算類數(shu)據(ju),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)較(jiao)(jiao)大程度(du)(du)保證數(shu)據(ju)的(de)原真性(xing)(xing)(xing),為數(shu)據(ju)上鏈帶來安(an)全基(ji)礎。最后(hou),Ruff LoRa無線(xian)(xian)采集(ji)器簡單易(yi)用的(de)特(te)性(xing)(xing)(xing),方便安(an)裝、調試(shi)和(he)(he)運維(wei)。
