上海2019年12月13日 /美通社/ -- 在(zai)(zai)電(dian)氣(qi)化日益發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的今天,汽(qi)車制造商逐漸采用電(dian)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)橋(qiao)來實(shi)現(xian)車輛(liang)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)系統電(dian)氣(qi)化。它可以靈(ling)活(huo)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)車輛(liang)前軸(zhou)或后(hou)軸(zhou),實(shi)現(xian)前輪(lun)(lun)或后(hou)輪(lun)(lun)純電(dian)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong),也可以實(shi)現(xian)四輪(lun)(lun)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)。舍弗勒電(dian)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)橋(qiao)具有結構緊湊、高(gao)效節能的特點,兼(jian)顧舒適性和駕駛(shi)樂趣。日前,搭(da)載舍弗勒電(dian)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)橋(qiao)的奧迪e-tron純電(dian)動(dong)(dong)高(gao)性能SUV在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)國正式發(fa)(fa)布(bu)。
舍弗勒(le)為奧(ao)迪e-tron提供了(le)兩款電(dian)(dian)(dian)驅動(dong)(dong)橋(qiao),分別(bie)匹配前后電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji),實現奧(ao)迪標(biao)志(zhi)性的(de)Quattro電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)四驅功能。后電(dian)(dian)(dian)驅動(dong)(dong)橋(qiao)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)同(tong)軸(zhou)式設(she)計(ji),在有限空(kong)間內傳(chuan)遞最大動(dong)(dong)力;前電(dian)(dian)(dian)驅動(dong)(dong)橋(qiao)自帶電(dian)(dian)(dian)子駐車機(ji)構,因(yin)此采(cai)用(yong)(yong)平行軸(zhou)式設(she)計(ji)。前后電(dian)(dian)(dian)驅動(dong)(dong)橋(qiao)均采(cai)用(yong)(yong)了(le)舍弗勒(le)代表性的(de)級(ji)聯式行星(xing)排設(she)計(ji)和輕量(liang)化差速器,以緊(jin)湊的(de)結(jie)構實現電(dian)(dian)(dian)驅動(dong)(dong)所需的(de)高效、高速、高承載(zai)及(ji)低噪音的(de)嚴苛要求。
憑借這一電(dian)橋(qiao)標(biao)志性的產品組合,舍弗勒(le)電(dian)驅動橋(qiao)在(zai)空間和(he)(he)(he)重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)(liang)上做到了極致(zhi),直徑和(he)(he)(he)厚度僅為300mm和(he)(he)(he)150mm,重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)(liang)還(huan)不(bu)足(zu)15kg,但在(zai)如此狹小的空間內舍弗勒(le)電(dian)驅動橋(qiao)實現(xian)了高(gao)達(da)400Nm輸(shu)入扭(niu)矩,可以提供超過(guo)3600Nm的動力(li)輸(shu)出。在(zai)如此澎(peng)湃的動力(li)下,奧迪e-tron可實現(xian)不(bu)到5.7s的百(bai)公里加(jia)速(su)及超過(guo)200km/h的最高(gao)車速(su)。
此外(wai)(wai),舍弗(fu)勒(le)電驅動(dong)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)級聯式(shi)行星排和(he)輕量(liang)化差(cha)速器還采用了(le)(le)模(mo)塊(kuai)化設(she)計(ji),可(ke)以通(tong)過自由組(zu)合實(shi)現(xian)不同(tong)的(de)布置方式(shi)。在(zai)奧迪e-tron上,舍弗(fu)勒(le)根據前后橋(qiao)(qiao)需求的(de)不同(tong)分別采用了(le)(le)平(ping)行軸式(shi)和(he)同(tong)軸式(shi)結構,但行星排和(he)差(cha)速器模(mo)塊(kuai)可(ke)以共用,不需重新設(she)計(ji)驗證,節省了(le)(le)開發時間和(he)成本。此外(wai)(wai),通(tong)過添加(jia)其他功能(neng)(neng)模(mo)塊(kuai),還可(ke)以實(shi)現(xian)電驅動(dong)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)功能(neng)(neng)拓展(zhan),如(ru)奧迪e-tron的(de)前驅動(dong)橋(qiao)(qiao)便通(tong)過添加(jia)駐車(che)模(mo)塊(kuai)實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)駐車(che)功能(neng)(neng)。
